Dear Parents,
I wanted to send out a final message of thanks to you all for your support this year. It has been wonderful to work with all the students this year and to have such a great group of parents was a real benefit. When it came time to organise field trips you were there with cars or snacks or any number of other little helping hands. When extra work needed doing at home you got behind us and helped get it done. When we hit road bumps on the way you helped us negotiate them with ease. When time crept up on us and we had trouble finishing what needed doing you were understanding. When technical difficulties threw communication into a tailspin you showed great patience. For all these reasons and for so many more I wanted to thank you.
As the break starts spare a thought for the coming grade 4. Keep in mind that the break is truly a chance to stop work and relax but a little bit of maintenance keeps skills in good shape over the break. Some reading and some practice at math always helps.
